Margaret K. Rhee, CFA
Margaret (she/her/hers) is founder and owner of MKR Advisory. She is a master analyzer and organizer of information for today’s leaders.
Prior to starting MKR Advisory, Margaret spent over 20 years as an investment and consulting professional. As a result of her work, organizations have secured highly competitive government loans and grants, investors have successfully bought and sold businesses, and clients have gained better understandings of risks and opportunities to make critical decisions. In addition to being skilled in financial and data driven analyses, Margaret is a seasoned professional, communicative with clients and responsive to their needs. She has a collegial spirit and has enjoyed working in cross-cultural and international settings.
Margaret’s desire to work more closely with entrepreneurs and leaders on projects which benefit communities led her to start MKR Advisory in 2020.
Margaret grew up in Texas in an immigrant family full of small business owners and spent many summers working at her mom’s dry cleaning stores. She now lives in San Francisco, California with her husband and two boys.

Margaret is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor (Online Advanced Certification), a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB) and has completed the Bookkeeper Launch program.
Margaret is also a CFA® charterholder and member of the CFA Institute.
